📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
• Lead and mentor a team of beauty consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide exceptional client consultations and aftercare to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement beauty treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinic management to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Train and develop new team members to maintain high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in beauty consulting or a related role.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team.
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with clinic management software such as PracticePro or Dentrix.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus.
