📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of events, including dinners, parties, and sports tournaments, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement event strategies that align with our brand vision and guest expectations.
• Oversee the setup and execution of events, ensuring all logistical details are handled seamlessly.
• Manage vendor relationships to secure top-notch services for our events.
• Monitor event performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our event offerings.
• Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and event execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of successfully planning and executing events.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and guests.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience in a high-profile entertainment venue is a plus.
