📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, milk-based drinks, and specialty coffee drinks.
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment and kitchen appliances.
• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and customer orders.
• Assist in stocking and organizing the kitchen and café.
• Ensure that all food and beverages are served to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Good understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.
