🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in CPA or CMA is a plus
