📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and brew a variety of coffee drinks using high-quality beans and premium equipment.
• Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Ensure the café is stocked with all necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Assist in the daily operations of the café, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our beverages.
• Work collaboratively with the café team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in a café or coffee shop.
• Certification in Barista or Coffee Making (e.g., SCA, BCF, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of equipment and supplies.
