📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter at all times.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Handle cash and secure transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Assist in opening and closing the cash register, ensuring accurate financial records.,Follow up on customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to their satisfaction.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good mathematical skills and attention to detail.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial transactions.,Knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
