In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our All-In-One (AIO) services, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the AIO services, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of AIO services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.,Ensure the availability and proper use of medical equipment and supplies, maintaining accurate records.,Develop and implement training programs for AIO staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the hospital's leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans for the AIO services.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.,Handle and resolve patient complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive patient experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of hospital operations, including medical billing, coding, and patient care.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Proficient in using healthcare management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
