DRIFT Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the warehouse from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with the team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, put-away, and picking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance.
  • Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and ensure warehouse efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
