📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.

Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Stay up-to-date with Proton's product range, features, and promotions to effectively sell and market the brand.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Conduct vehicle inspections and demonstrate knowledge of vehicle features and specifications.

Assist in the organization and execution of promotional events and sales campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with Proton vehicles.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to team success.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.

Strong knowledge of Proton vehicles, including features, specifications, and market trends.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
