📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll for employees using SAP Payroll and other relevant software.
• Manage and maintain employee attendance records.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll reports.
• Handle employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Support HR administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Assist in the preparation of employee benefits documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of payroll processing and HR administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant HR software.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
