📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and procurement.,Train and mentor staff to maintain high levels of service and productivity.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing retail operations and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
