Bidang Gilang Restaurant is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Ubud, Bali. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant's supply chain, ensuring that all materials are delivered on time and in the right quantities. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our restaurant and ensuring customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the restaurant's supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination.,Ensure timely delivery of all materials and supplies to the restaurant.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.,Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and generate reports as required.,Collaborate with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure that all materials are available when needed.,Handle any logistical challenges or issues that may arise during the supply chain process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the restaurant industry is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle is a must.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
