📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
