Byte Bay Dinamis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil infrastructure projects. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil infrastructure projects.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.,Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.,Prepare and submit technical reports, proposals, and other project documentation.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and standards.,Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other relevant software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to obtain and maintain a professional engineering license.
