📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile bank transactions and financial statements using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Prepare and submit invoices, receipts, and payment records for clients.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
• Support the finance manager in financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and local tax regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
