📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Assist in the development and implementation of technical writing processes and tools.,Provide subject matter expertise on technical topics to support training and customer support teams.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with software development methodologies and processes.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
