📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to guests.
  • Assist the Head Bartender in maintaining a well-stocked bar and ensuring proper inventory management.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant experience.
  • Work efficiently during peak hours and special events.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Train and mentor new staff members.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bar.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
