📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in Bali’s real estate sector.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive market expansion and growth.
• Engage with potential clients and partners to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Support the business development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Analyze market data using tools like Excel and Google Analytics to inform decision-making.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong interest and knowledge in the real estate industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
