📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service.,Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand and operations across all locations.,Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.,Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and preparation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
