📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide safe and effective anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
  • Monitor and manage patients' vital signs during anesthesia.
  • Prepare and administer anesthesia medications and equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating room and surgical team.
  • Document all anesthesia procedures and patient care in the electronic medical record.
  • Collaborate with the anesthesia team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in an anesthesia setting.
  • Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of anesthesia techniques and medications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
