Seed Pro Abadi is seeking a talented and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Tanjung Balai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Coordinate benefits administration and ensure employees receive the benefits they are entitled to.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources to ensure the company remains competitive.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
