As a Lead Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, mentoring junior instructors, and ensuring the success of our students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.,Mentor and guide junior instructors to ensure they meet high standards.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.,Collaborate with the management team to improve training programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.,Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new instructors.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the training center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or instructing.,Proven track record of success in training and mentoring.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent.,Experience in the education and training industry is a plus.
