📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.,Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.,Manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the stability of the company's financial position.,Collaborate with senior management to drive financial decision-making and strategic planning.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and investors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and driving financial performance.,Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and risk management principles.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
