📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily cashier operations, including receipts, deposits, and withdrawals.,Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Train and mentor junior staff in accounting procedures and best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Monitor cash flow and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
