📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Document and maintain IT-related procedures and policies.,Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and issues in a timely manner.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the effective operation of IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as Helpdesk, ticketing systems, and remote access tools.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
