📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support the sales team in managing key accounts and driving sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Assist in the training and development of sales staff.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
