📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with production teams to plan and execute production schedules.,Monitor inventory levels and manage production materials to prevent shortages.,Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve overall production performance.,Report production progress and issues to senior management.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.,Experience in leading and managing a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
